Something about having a space to share your thoughts very publically is kind of narcissistic, no?

Anyway, this isn’t meant to be an intro post – this is simply just the first post to replace the original “Welcome world!” post that WordPress likes to add to every new blog automatically. Cringe.

If you landed here, it’s safe to assume that you know who I am and what I do. If you landed here by accident, I think you can figure it out.

I have no big-time aspirations for this site. I just like to write a lot and often times my writing on Insta-stories goes to waste when they expire after 24 hours and I think I rather keep them safe somewhere where they can live forever. Or at least as long as the internet is alive.

Anyway, I booked a 2yr plan since they offered one year for free and I said, sure why not! And now I am committed. Even if it’s just one post a week, a month, hell I can do that. It’s not hard to put 10 sentences together (ok, I may have more to say than just 10 sentences, but at the very least, I know my low aims will be possible to accomplish consistently.)

I write better than I speak so I might want to practice speaking too – which I do on Tik Tok (@lizaswallace) anyway so I got all bases covered.

Let’s see what we can create on this very public journal.
